Really great day in a location I hadn´t heard of before. We felt most welcome with our guide Kevin. He showed us an amazing place to go hiking which is what we love doing and quite spectacular scenery with the canyon and the lakes. The hike took around 4hrs and was really varied with parts in forest and open areas with views. The village is a nice place without it being full of tourists and we enjoyed having a bit of free time after the tour to walk around the streets and have a drink the village square. The castle at the top is worth a visit if you have the energy left but most of it has been destroyed. All in all a superb day seeing the local countryside near Valencia . So glad we chose to do it. It was a highlight of our holiday.

Fantastic hike in the Valencian countryside

Me and my friends went on the Canyon hike and visited the village of Chulilla, which is about an hour from Valencia in the interior region. The photos looked great, and we thought it would be a nice way of seeing more of the region around Valencia. The place was so beautiful and we particularly loved the hanging bridges - there was a really good variety of things to see. It was quite hot on the day, but we took plenty of water and it was fine. Our guide Kevin was great as he made it fun, was really knowledgable, and made sure we finished the hike with a cold beer in the little village square. I really recommed this trip if youre in Valencia and want to see more of the beautiful countyside outside of the city.
