They were even kind enough to give us travel/exploration tips which we are glad to have followed which allowed us to see many other parts of this beautiful Island.

We learned a lot and we got a lot of good tips on how to improve our climbing! And on top of that we got amazing tips for the rest of our trip!
However they immediately offered to issue a refund and gave me shortcut directions to reach Roque Nubile which was beautiful, so they ensured that it wasn't a trip wasted for me. Great customer service In my opinion.
My brother continued the climbing tour and said that it was very enjoyable however did warn that it was quite physically challenging and does require a certain level of fitness.
