We had a great tour. Everything - from the morning meeting and boarding to travel on the bus to the tours of Avila and Segovia - was well organized and structured. All of the guides were super nice and provided very enjoyable, very informative tours. We highly recommend the tour group and this specific tour. It’s a great introduction to these two beautiful cities for first time visitors.

The guide makes all the difference, Rafael was the best guide EVER! He needs a raise.

We cannot even begin to describe how perfectly everything went on this tour. We were in a group so big that we used a double decker bus to travel with only Rafael as our guide going there, we then split up into two groups at each location for language purposes. His English group was over 30 people but he did not fail to make the tour enjoyable for such a large group. His English was amazing, he always waited for questions before moving on through the tour. As someone who speaks Spanish and English I know how difficult it can be to make a joke in Spanish and have it fall flat or not make sense in English, but he's the first guide we have had that has mastered the art of delivery in both languages. The bus agreed so much about him that we all clapped for him on the way back to Madrid. Segovia and Avila are beautiful places with so much rich history, that it is a must see in Spain!
Amazing tour
