Richard is a great guide and give a us a great tour of Montserrat. A wealth of knowledge about Montserrat. Speak fluently in French and English.
Great morning trip

Great views! We arrived while fog was still on the mountain, which provided some very cool views. The crowd was smaller too earlier in the day. We love short, day hikes - you do need to be able to keep pace with the guide (don't bring a 3 year old). The available "free time" was rather short, but we appreciated being back in Barcelona at 2:00 pm so we could explore other places the same day.
A must do trip to Monserrat. Great trip, great value

Bus ride up was spectacular and scenery at the top even better. Bus modern and comfortable. Pablo excellent and one of the best guides we’ve ever had. Excellent English, well organized, knowledgeable and considerate. Beautiful setting at the top with impressive funicular and moderately strenuous hike down, great views. 1 hour of free time we spent in excellent art gallery at monastery. Definitely worth taking time. Egyptian mummy, Monet, Degas, El Greco etc. 8:30-2:00 definitely a great value. Highly recommend.

The guide, Richard, was really nice and helpful.

The positive of this trip is that you are transported to Monserrat. The hike is nice. However there is little context or narrative provided. We did not understand that we would not be able to see the black Madonna. There was no time to sightsee on one’s own, to eat, or shop. The group was larger than was noted in the description. I suggest exploring other companies or tours given the drawbacks of this particular trip.
